Riverfront Summer Dance is Independent Ballet Wales’ summer workshop programme based at The Riverfront Theatre in Newport.
 
Now in its 4th year at the venue the course was again a huge success.

Patricia Vallis – Development Officer

Patricia Vallis – Development Officer

Patricia trained at the Rotterdam Dance Academy and the Joffrey Ballet School in New York. She danced in Richard Wherlock’s company in Hagen and in the Zurich Ballet, working with Mats Ek, Amanda Miller and Lionel Hoche.

Amy Doughty – Education Officer

Amy trained in Australia with Jacqueline Tucker and Sheila Laing and at Dance World 301 under Brian Nolan. She graduated with a “Diploma in Dance” and competed in the Royal Adeline Genee Awards in 1996 after being awarded her solo seal in Australia.
