Workshops &Educational WorkIndependent Ballet Wales devotes a large portion of its touring to workshops and educational work and they remain an extremely important part of the company's schedule. The company offer three diferent types of workshops; Dance Workshops, Ballet Workshops and Masterclasses. The company regularly take workshops in Theatres, Colleges, Schools, Arts Centres and Community Centres based around many different goals prepared for each session. The workshops are open to all and the company are committed to working with people of all ages, race and background in a fun and constructive way.
The workshops are a great way to work with the professional dancers of Independent Ballet Wales, one on one. Independent Ballet Wales tailor their workshops to the specific needs of each group. Our general workshops focus on dance movement and confidence in a relaxed and comfortable environment but the company is also able to adapt its work to suit many groups right up to professional level.
