Administrative DirectorYvonne WilliamsYvonne was born in Newport, South Wales and trained at Cardiff College of Music and Drama. She worked for a number of years with many Drama companies including Newport Playgoers where she directed and took part in many productions. Her administrative skills were developed over many years working at The South Wales Argus and then at Independent Ballet Wales where she has been Administrator since 1986. In addition to all her office work Yvonne has aided many of the designers who have worked with Cwmni Ballet Gwent and she herself has created costumes for "Hiawatha" in 1989, "Red Riding Hood" in 1996, "A Midsummer Nights Dream" in 1997, "The Tempest" in 1998 ,"Twelfth Night" in 1999, "Giselle", "As You Like It" in 2000, "Romeo + Juliet" in 2001, "The Taming of the Shrew"in 2002,"The Lady of the Lake" in 2003, "The Sleeping Beauty" in 2004, "Hamlet" in 2005, "Giselle" and "The Canterbury Tales" in 2006. One of Yvonnes costumes was recently displayed at the Wales Millennium Centre in Cardiff. |
